In Point!The kind folks at Pharmagraphics have allowed us to tell their story. Their story is a great illustration of what we believe – that with flexibility and imagination we can Retro To Fit! Pharmagraphics LLC is an international printing/packaging company specializing in designing and manufacturing pressure-sensitive roll labels, package outserts and inserts, specialty products (including extended content labels, hanger labels, and a multi-ply label) and innovative folding cartons for the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer goods industries. Pharmagraphics operates seven (7) manufacturing facilities worldwide -- three in the USA, and four in other countries. It started with Pharmagraphics’ need to move and expand. Their needs were defined. Those needs included specific types of space utilization and power requirements. The company also needed to room to grow. Benmar had an excellent basic property. A solid building with plenty of power potential. Changes were made to alter and improve truck access and loading logistics. Inside, the building was re-modeled to fit all the defined needs of both plant and office requirements. By helping Pharmagraphics work through their requirements, Benmar came up with the perfect solution – the right location and retro to fit. |
